1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at xploratech.in or engaging our software engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Software Engineering Services
Xplora Technologies delivers custom software development, backend engineering in Ruby on Rails and Golang, quality assurance, and brand management. Project deliverables, delivery milestones, acceptance criteria, and warranties are governed by individualized Statements of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified in a signed client contract, all custom client deliverables, source code, and architecture implementations are transferred to the client upon full payment. Xplora Technologies retains rights to its pre-existing libraries, general utilities, and internal proprietary brands.
4. Code Quality & Limitation of Liability
While we guarantee high-quality engineering practices and rigorous automated QA testing, software is delivered "as is" under the terms of the agreed project warranty. In no event shall Xplora Technologies be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform misuse.
